Patrick S. Flanigan, Chief Executive Officer
Patrick served 14 years in the Navy as an EOD diver, retiring at the rank of Chief Petty Officer. During his time in the Navy, he deployed multiple times to Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations throughout the Middle East, additionally, he holds a degree in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University. While in the Navy, he acquired various qualifications including Master EOD Technician, Master Training Specialist, Static Line Parachutist, and MFF Parachutist. These qualifications have taught Patrick how to efficiently be a programs manager, a master tradesman, and an expert in the planning and orchestration of missions, programs, policy, training, and evaluation of a multiplicity of enterprises and disciplines. He especially enjoyed explosive ordinance response disposal, humanitarian support projects, environmental protection, diving, salvage, joint forces collaboration, program administration, research and development, counter-terrorism initiatives, equipment maintenance. His goal now is to pass on the experience and knowledge he has acquired to further enhance national security and the safety of our troops.
